Dear friends,
As golden light streams through falling leaves, I'm reminded that change holds its own peculiar beauty. Fall has always felt like nature's most honest season – a visible reminder that letting go is part of our natural rhythm.
Watching the maples transform, I find myself drawn to nature's quiet wisdom. Our own rhythms shift with the seasons too. The light touch of summer gives way to something deeper, more intentional. Our hands seek warmth and connection as the air grows crisp.
Perhaps this is what autumn teaches us – that change isn't something to resist, but an invitation to sink deeper into ourselves. That in the midst of transformation, we can find profound beauty in the simple acts of care we offer ourselves.
