Products & Ingredients

Our skincare products are made in California using the highest quality local & globally sourced ingredients! Our candles are poured in Massachusetts.

Due to the natural composition of our products, please be sure to store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and intense heat. Take extra care to avoid exposing candles to extreme heat.

Our botanical oil products have a shelf life of one (1) year after opening. If it is unopened, it lasts 30 months after the manufacturing date. To maximize shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture.

No, our skincare products are intentionally all-natural, using only Vitamin E (tocopherol ) to maintain freshness, guarantee shelf life and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and mold.

Each formula is protected with one or more plant-based antioxidants and/or anti-microbial systems that work to extend shelf life and guarantee safety. This includes non-GMO Vitamin E.

Yes! Our products are made with natural essential oils & carrier oils, which have slight variances in color & scent.

We use unrefined, minimally processed botanical ingredients, including Virgin Avocado Oil, in order to retain the healing properties of each botanical or plant as much as possible.

Our ingredients are not mass-produced or standardized, therefore, variations in color and scent can occur between batches and seasons.

Slight variations are completely normal and speak to the quality of what’s inside each bottle. We take care to make our products in small batches to ensure quality remains naturally consistent.

Yes! Because our botanical oil contains the highest quality oils, including Virgin Avocado Oil, it's not uncommon for our products to naturally separate. This is totally natural and does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

Secure the top & shake it up. Many natural skincare and cosmetic products contain both oil and water soluble ingredients, and because of this, can result in separation - which is completely normal and natural. As a company that strives to be as clean as possible, we try to avoid undesirable binders and emulsifiers, such as PEG’s (polyethylene glycol,) polysorbates, and substandard waxes.

We select cleaner alternatives, and if not feasible, choose to leave the product as is, with instructions to shake. They are considered a bi-phase product, which means it is not emulsified. The frosted glass bottles allow you to clearly see the intentional separation of essential oils and botanicals, and also help you see when the product is fully combined and ready for use. 

We work closely with our sourcing partners to mindfully select the highest quality ingredients from around the world and rigorously vet each supplier to ensure that their company ethics and priorities match our own.

We proudly know exactly where each ingredient comes from, when & how it was harvested. We also require full documentation for each ingredient in our products, including composition testing for each carrier oil and essential oil in our skincare products.

We make it a point to ensure that every ingredient in our products is among the very best available.

Our skincare products are always formulated with Non-GMO Project Verified Ingredients and made with Certified Organic ingredients whenever available or viable, ensuring the highest quality botanicals.

Occasionally, we choose to support smaller organic farms or co-ops who prioritize uncompromising production principles. In fact, the sunflower oil in our skincare products is made using regeneratively grown sunflowers in California.

Due to the increase of improper harvesting techniques and over-harvesting of plants globally, we choose not to source any wildcrafted ingredients to ensure we can trace quality & sourcing transparency down to each ingredient.

Absolutely! In fact, many do! We recommend testing with a small amount first to see how your body responds. Every "body" is unique, including yours!

Folks with extra sensitive skin may find that oil formulations made with essential oils like ours may be too intense for “down there,” while many enjoy the warming sensation offered by our botanical blend.

Absolutely! In fact, the Virgin Avocado Oil in our Botanical Body Oil contains naturally SPF! When applying sunscreen, we recommend applying it after applying A.OK Botanical Body Oil.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Our team processes and packs all orders as quickly as possible. If you have any changes to your order (i.e. address), please email our team as soon as possible with your order number: hello@feelingaok.com.

A.OK is intentionally made in small batches and contact be returned once it is received. All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product at hello@feelingaok.com.

Although rare, exceptions are made for products that arrive damaged. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to ao@feelingaok.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly ship a replacement. We may ask you to send us the broken or damaged item, so be sure not to discard the contents of your package until advised otherwise by our team.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to the wrong address. We are also NOT responsible for weather related damages or delays.

We offer pre-orders on items which are currently out of stock. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. Please kindly note that pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. We will ship your order as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available. In order to reduce excess shipping waste, if you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped together once ALL items are available.
