Inhale no.01 is an anchor for awareness in my self-care toolkit. I light it whenever I need to uplift myself, open up and breathe deep. It's a simple yet powerful reminder to inhale life fully, no matter where I am or what I'm doing.

The Steps

I start by setting an intention, then light Inhale no.01, allowing the earthy vetiver to ground me.
As the scent unfolds, I take a few deep breaths, focusing on the uplifting notes of pomelo that give me a boost.
For work sessions, I light Inhale no.01 to create a focused atmosphere: The familiar scent signals to my brain that it's time to concentrate. I take occasional pauses to inhale deeply, refreshing my mind.
