  1. I apply A.OK Botanical Oil Roller directly to each pulse point—wrists, temples & behind the ears—where it absorbs quickly.
  2. For an instant calming effect, I move A.OK Botanical Oil Roller across the back of my neck, pausing to take a deep, intentional breath.
  3. During yoga, I use the roller to elevate my practice. Incorporating my aromatic ritual into yoga helps me to deepen my focus, improve my breath awareness and create a more immersive experience.
