- Moisturize. Apply A.OK Botanical Body Oil generously to hydrate your skin and prepare for the next steps.
- Awaken Your Body. Gently massage your neck, armpits, thighs, and the back of your knees to stimulate lymph nodes.
- Use The Bird. Move the sandalwood tool gently along your body's contours. Focus on gentle, flowing movements for detoxification and renewal.
- Upward Strokes. Repeat upward strokes with The Bird 3-5 times on each area of your body. Always move towards your heart to support lymphatic flow. Remember: Be gentle throughout the process. The goal is to relax and nurture your body, not to apply forceful pressure.
